Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant, encrypted payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at contact@wallacevine.com with your order number. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we're happy to change or cancel it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. You'll receive your order confirmation and tracking by email either way.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

What is your return policy?

You have 90 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email contact@wallacevine.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a return label to print at home.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer and the label cost is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, the return is free.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Tap Find my size next to the size options on any product page. Enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions and you'll get a recommendation in seconds. A full size chart is linked there too.

Do your pieces run true to size?

Most of our pieces are cut for a regular, true-to-size fit. Where a style runs relaxed or close to the body, we note it in the product description.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. Return the item within 90 days and place a new order for the size you need, or email us and we'll help you find the right fit.

Can someone help me choose personally?

Of course. Email contact@wallacevine.com with your height, weight and the piece you're looking at, and we'll help you choose.

How should I care for wool and cashmere?

Hand wash cold or dry clean, lay flat to dry and fold rather than hang knitwear. A gentle steam refreshes coats and blazers between wears. Care details for each piece are on its label and product page.

Are the colors in your photos accurate?

We photograph in natural light to show colors as truly as possible. Screens differ slightly, so if you're unsure about a shade, email us and we'll describe it for you.
