Meet Emory, a quarter-zip pullover with a funnel neck you can zip up against the wind and fold open once the room warms up. Cable-knit texture runs through the body, and ribbed cuffs and hem hold the shape all day.

It sits over a shirt on a smart-casual Friday, over a T-shirt at the weekend, and under a coat from October onwards.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer and the label cost is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, the return is free.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Do your pieces run true to size?

Most of our pieces are cut for a regular, true-to-size fit. Where a style runs relaxed or close to the body, we note it in the product description.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. Return the item within 90 days and place a new order for the size you need, or email us and we'll help you find the right fit.

How should I care for wool and cashmere?

Hand wash cold or dry clean, lay flat to dry and fold rather than hang knitwear. A gentle steam refreshes coats and blazers between wears. Care details for each piece are on its label and product page.

Are the colors in your photos accurate?

We photograph in natural light to show colors as truly as possible. Screens differ slightly, so if you're unsure about a shade, email us and we'll describe it for you.
